The short version

FemWiseIQ is a wellness education platform that helps you explore peer-reviewed research about hormonal health. We are not a doctor, and nothing in our app is medical advice. By using FemWiseIQ, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service — and feel free to tell us why at support@femwiseiq.ai.

1. What you're agreeing to

By creating an account, accessing, or using FemWiseIQ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and FemWiseIQ LLC ("FemWiseIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company operating under AM Technology Solutions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. What FemWiseIQ is

FemWiseIQ is a consumer wellness education platform that provides:

  • AI-powered search across a curated database of peer-reviewed research articles related to women's hormonal health
  • Symptom tracking and cycle tracking tools
  • Condition-aware personalization based on health information you provide
  • Educational content about hormonal health, organized by life stage and condition
  • Lab value context based on published research

FemWiseIQ synthesizes published, peer-reviewed scientific research and presents it in accessible language. The platform is designed to help you become a more informed participant in your own health journey.

3. What FemWiseIQ is not — medical disclaimer

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS.

FemWiseIQ is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or clinical tool. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Specifically:

  • Our AI does not diagnose. When FemWiseIQ surfaces research about a condition or symptom, it is showing you what published studies have found — not telling you that you have that condition.
  • Our AI does not prescribe. References to medications, supplements, or treatments reflect what appears in the research literature. They are not recommendations for you to take, stop, or change any treatment.
  • Our AI does not replace your doctor. The information in FemWiseIQ is intended to help you have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider — not to replace those conversations.
  • Lab context is educational. When FemWiseIQ provides context about lab values, it is summarizing what published research associates with those values. It is not interpreting your specific results or telling you what to do about them.

By using FemWiseIQ, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) You will not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

(b) You will always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

(c) You will never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through FemWiseIQ.

(d) If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you will call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

4. Eligibility

To use FemWiseIQ, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by these Terms or applicable law

5. Your account

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@femwiseiq.ai if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

Account accuracy. The health information you provide (life stage, conditions, symptoms, medications, lab values) is used to personalize your experience. We rely on you to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may result in less relevant research being surfaced.

One account per person. Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Free tier

FemWiseIQ offers limited free access. Free users can track symptoms and explore basic features, including up to five Ask FemWise questions per day (a daily limit). Unlimited Ask FemWise, full research personalization, and other Pro features require a paid subscription.

Pro subscription

  • Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month, with a 14-day free trial (credit card required at sign-up).
  • Pro Annual: $59.00 per year, with a 14-day free trial (credit card required at sign-up).
  • Your subscription begins at the end of your 14-day free trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

Founding member

  • Founding member: $199.00 one-time commitment fee plus $3.99 per month, permanently locked at that rate.
  • Limited to 250 spots. Once sold out, this offer is permanently closed.
  • No free trial — your first charge of $202.99 ($199 commitment + $3.99 first month) is processed immediately upon purchase.
  • If you cancel your founding member subscription, you lose your founding member status and the locked $3.99/month rate. This cannot be reclaimed.
  • Founding members receive all Pro features.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. FemWiseIQ does not store your credit card number or financial details. See our Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is handled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account and data are preserved. You revert to the Free tier.
  • You are not charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Refunds

  • Free trial: If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months. You retain access through the end of your billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal, you may request a prorated refund by emailing support@femwiseiq.ai.
  • Founding member commitment fee: The $199 commitment fee is non-refundable. It is your investment in early access and a permanently locked rate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service or extract content.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content without our written permission.
  • Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI features to generate responses outside their intended educational scope.
  • Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Our content

The FemWiseIQ platform, including its design, code, branding, AI prompts, personalization algorithms, and curated research database, is the intellectual property of FemWiseIQ LLC. All rights are reserved.

The research articles referenced by FemWiseIQ are sourced from publicly available, open-access scientific databases. FemWiseIQ does not claim ownership of third-party research. Our AI-generated summaries, interpretations, and educational content are original works created by FemWiseIQ.

Your content

You retain ownership of any information you provide to FemWiseIQ (symptom logs, notes, health data). By using the Service, you grant FemWiseIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to use this information solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including generating personalized insights and improving our algorithms with de-identified, aggregated data.

We will never use your individual data to create content that is attributed to you or shared publicly.

9. AI-generated content disclaimer

FemWiseIQ uses artificial intelligence to synthesize and summarize peer-reviewed research. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses are based on the research articles in our database at the time of your query. Our database is regularly updated but may not contain every published study on a given topic.
  • AI can make mistakes. While we implement quality controls and validation layers, AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of source material.
  • Research evolves. Scientific understanding of hormonal health is continuously updated. Information that was accurate at the time of publication may be superseded by newer findings.
  • Personalization has limits. The AI personalizes responses based on the health context you provide, but it does not know your full medical history, genetic background, or individual physiology.

We encourage you to use the cited research sources to verify information and to discuss findings with your healthcare provider before making health decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

FemWiseIQ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FemWiseIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Specific health-related limitation: You expressly acknowledge that FemWiseIQ is an educational platform and that any health decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service are made at your own risk. FemWiseIQ is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FemWiseIQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any health decisions made based on information obtained through the Service

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • The research content will be complete, current, or free from errors.
  • AI-generated insights will be accurate in every instance.
  • The Service will meet your specific health needs or expectations.

13. Dispute resolution

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@femwiseiq.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and FemWiseIQ agree to resolve any remaining dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the State of California.

Class action waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with FemWiseIQ on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Small claims exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.

14. Beta features

From time to time, we may offer features labeled as "beta," "preview," or "experimental." These features:

  • Are provided for evaluation purposes and may not be complete or fully tested.
  • May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • May have reduced performance, stability, or availability compared to general features.
  • Are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of beta features is voluntary. Feedback you provide about beta features may be used by FemWiseIQ to improve the Service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

16. Termination

By you

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account Settings or by emailing support@femwiseiq.ai.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • We discontinue the Service (in which case we will provide reasonable notice and, if applicable, a prorated refund).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FemWiseIQ regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — but your data protections under the Privacy Policy continue to apply.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
